Chicken Salad

This was the signature chicken salad from The Invisible Chef. It was the first salad we served when we opened in October 2000.

The Invisible Chef Chicken Salad

4 cups cooked diced chicken 
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup sliced white grapes or red
½ cup chopped green olives
½ cup toasted almonds sliced
2 T parsley
1 t. Salt (we used Cavenders Greek Seasoning)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 t. dill weed
3 green onions chopped


Mix and refrigerate. 


Serves4-6
