Bacon and Green Chili Quiche

Another quiche favorite.
Bacon and Green Chili Quiche

1/2 box refrigerated fold out pie crust
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 green onions, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1 cup half and half
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400.  Bake piecrust for 8 minutes.  Remove from oven.
Sprinkle bacon, green chiles, and green onions over crust.  Combine cheeses and sprinkle in crust.  Beat half and half, eggs, egg yolks, salt and pepper.  Pour egg cream mixture over crust.  Bake about 45 minutes till knife comes out clean.  Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
