Brownie Cupcakes
Melt: 2 sticks butter
4 squares (4oz) semisweet chocolate
Add: 1 cup flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 t. vanilla
sprinkle of salt
Stir until blended.
Add 4 eggs 1 at a time and stir as little as possible to combine.
Add 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Pour into regular size muffin tins lined with cupcake liners. Bake 325 for 30 minutes.
